Chemo is Over....I'm back!!!!

Hello Everybody!!!

It has been so very long since my last sharepost!!!  I left off back in March with only one chemo to go...

Seems forever ago and just yesterday!  It really was tough back then.  The best way I can explain it is that I didn't know how bad I felt until I started feeling better!!!  And let's talk about Chemo Brain!!  That is a very real thing...boy, it's just been the last few months that I feel like I'm thinking clearer again.

I am still in the middle of my herceptin infusions....and starting to look at reconstructive surgery.  My mother just passed away and I've been dealing with all of that.  I've got that joke going through my head "God doesn't give you anything you can't handle....but I think He has me mixed up with somebody else!"  It certainly has been one hell of a year.  But I will say that if it hadn't been for the cancer, I would not have spent as much time with my mom...that is a gift I will always be grateful for.

I could write War and Peace here it has been so long...I am going to try to take some time to check everybody out....how are you all doing???  P.J., Maria, MiMi, there are too many to write.....and, of course, the woman who started it all Purplemoommom.....I've missed you all and I do think of you often.  Hope life is treating you kindly.

I'll start writing again!!!
