You're right, Phyllis, Casting for Recovery is a marvelous program. I enjoyed it immensely when I took it in Stowe, Vermont. And not only is it good for range of motion, it helps improve balance - wading in a fast-moving stream or over slippery rocks (thankfully, with your own personal guide standing right beside you) tests your balance for sure! I hope you get into the clinic you apply for; the experience of spending a few days with fellow survivors in what's always a beautiful, relaxing setting is priceless. PJH
