Infusion number three

Well, the wbc was low last Friday, but popped back up so that they will (probably) go ahead with infusion number three tomorrow. Side Effects & Irony

Well, it took me a little while, but I finally figured it out. They upped the dosage on the anti-mouth sore drug this round. That's what was causing the nausea! I stopped taking the med and within a day felt like my old self (almost) again. No more nausea. The side effects of the side effect drug was harder on my stomach than the actual... Read moreChevron

chemo round 3

Hi all, Just finished chemo round 3 a and 3b for the CAF regimen-the old- fashioned type of chemo (not the dose dense) anyway, my counts were lower again, down to 2.2 for WBC and .3 for neutrophils, but the doc still gave me the chemo.
