Side Effects & Irony

Well, it took me a little while, but I finally figured it out. They upped the dosage on the anti-mouth sore drug this round. That's what was causing the nausea! chemo round 3

Hi all, Just finished chemo round 3 a and 3b for the CAF regimen-the old- fashioned type of chemo (not the dose dense) anyway, my counts were lower again, down to 2.2 for WBC and .3 for neutrophils, but the doc still gave me the chemo. Chemo Round 2 and low counts...aaargh!

Hi all, Hugs to everyone. Round 2 was done, and on to round three last week, but to my surprise my counts became low and they decided to delay for a week and give me GCSF (white blood cell booster shots in the tummy) Then for a few days, my bones hurt...especially my legs.
