Inquiry about Breast Cancer

My Friend is 22 yr old, she feels a lump in her left breast, but she says its there since more than 4 yrs now. She feels the pain sometimes. Sentinel Node Biopsy - reaction?

I had this procedure done Dec. 4, along with Breast Needle Locate lumpectomy. Pain is manageable, however I have turned blue/black colour beyond center of other breast and almost to colar bone above both breasts.
