scar tissue from lumpectomy

I went for follow up with my surgeon. My radiation treatment was 3 months ago. He notice when examine my incision there was a lump by it. He wants me to have a mammogram in three months and then see him a week later. I asked him is this scar tissue. He said it might but you never can be too careful. Can radiation and chemo for type 1 Breast C. lead to dementia

Treatment for nonlactational mastitis following radiation for breast cancer
