cancer and pregnancy

I have a lot of questions today.  I was wondering if any one became pregnant while taking tamoxfin? I am not pregnant but was just wondering.  What would happen and how could this make the cancer come back?

BRCA positive - oophorectomy or complete hysterectomy?

I am finishing treatment for IDC, E+,P+, Her2+.  I've tested positive for the BRCA2 mutation & am considering next steps. I think removing the ovaries & tubes is almost a no-brainer, as I'm past menopause & my BC is estrogen+. (I'll be starting Arimidex soon.)
