Lumpectomy Success!

Hello Sisters, with one hand, i will tell you the short version....lump went well! my surgeon was confident they got clean margins around it. She took out the sentinel node and the next one up, and they looked clean too, but no 100% until the path lab comes back with the report on Friday. But it looks really good. The docs... Trying to Look at things a bit differently, a tool to get through it

Tomorrows the Day! Do Not Panic! (talking to myself...)

Hi Sisters, So I am not as ready as I was the last time I was supposed to have this surgery. Decisions, decisions

I met with the Medical oncologist today. Lots of new information. At least I know what chemo's going to be like. I know I have a year of chemo ahead of me.
