Because of my heart can't take tryptans

OH pooh not what do I do?? I finally got into a neuroligst and he wanted me oked from my regual doctor to take abortive meds to keep these migraines at bay..BUT my doctor said no to them because of the stints in my heart..And they want me off the loratab so what the hey is my next step??
