Nutrition and Autoimmune Disease

I am interested in hearing from people who have autoimmune disease and who have had positive results with diet and nutritional supplements. Members of my family suffer from ankylosing spondylitis, psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. My sister has achieved remission from RA through a combination of diet and relaxation techniques.

I work 4 days a week as a Performing Arts teacher at a Special School. I occasionally exhibit portraits and still life works as a neo-realist collage artist. I am in a relationship for 4 months with a guy who's mother is bipolar. I've been diagnosed for nearly 9 years, and I'm almost 28 years old.
