Self Breast Exam
It is recommended that women perform a self breast exam once a month. Women should both look for any changes in shape or contour, as well as manually inspecting the area to feel for any tickness or lumps. This should act as the first line of testing; if there is a cause for concern, contact a doctor immediately.
