2nd Surgery required

This is my first post since joining the group. I was diagnosed in early July with DCIS in my left breast, the most curable breast cancer of all. Genetic test results... not what I wanted to hear.

My youngest daughter turned 30 this year. She's been through some rough times. Her 4 year marriage turned into a nightmare. It was really hard to get out, but she finally did it. Just diagnosed - still reeling

August 21st 2:30 pm...Dr said "We have a problem...but the problem is not invasive - so that is good. It is called DCIS and is very curable." 35yrs old & I've just been diagnosed with DCIS...
