70 years old from the Southwest. Widow living near daughters.

Requested copy of pathology report, got an abbreviated one today.

Since all I had for pathology interpretation was a biopsy, I assume that explains the lack of info on this pathology report. The addendum was not included with the hormone and HER-2 info.
