Q: a few solid mass were found in my right breast though ultra sound if what can it be

There is a good chance that the lump could be a fibroadenoma, which is not dangerous. There are other types of benign lumps as well. I'm sure it will be hard to wait until your appointment with the surgeon, but the vast majority of lumps that need a biopsy turn out to be benign, so try not to worry. I hope you get good news.
