feel a bump but mammogram and sonogramm are negative

had the two tests done and they were negative but i can feel the hard bump with my finger, what should i do? i let the technician know that i was feeling the lump under my fingers but she insisted its not appearing in the sonogram, that maybe it was an infected follicle? would this be seen also? i…
