Well, this might or might not have anything to do with your implants; the general feeling is they should be replaced after 10 years, so yours have gone beyond what was expected of them. Whatever is causing this discharge, though, it needs to be diagnosed and treated, if necessary. Do you need to be concerned? Yes, you do; not panicked nor stressed, but concerned enough to see a doctor. This doesn't sound like a breast cancer symptom, as breast cancer doesn't usually present symptoms in both breasts at once; but you still need to rule it out. So call the doctor, OK?
