Q: Can receiving radiation to the right breast cause scar tissue on the liver?

It's not likely.  With the new radiation technology, doctors can be very precise in where they deliver the radiation.  If your doctors have found scar tissue on your liver and there is no other explanation, I suppose it would be possible that the problem is radiation related.
