Q: I HAD STAGE 2 BREAST CANCER AND HAD A MESTECTOMY 2 YEARS AGO. MY LYMPHS NODES WERE CLEAR. CAN THE CANCER STILL SPREAD?

Your cancer is much less likely to have spread with clear lymph nodes, but there's always the chance that it did. As a survivor, you need to be proactive about your health; and you should be aware of the symptoms of possible metastasis. Speak to your oncologist about this, OK? Take care- PJH
