Q: my boobs are swollen and very tender, my nipples sometimes itch and i have nipple discharge...what could this be?
Thi sounds very hormonal - could you possibly be pregnant? Whenever both breasts are exhibiting the same change from normal, it's usually something systemic - hormones, an allergy, or something else affecting your whole system. Thankfully, breast cancer almost never exhibits symptoms in both breasts at once, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. If the swelling, pain, itchiness and nipple discharge continue longer than a week or so, though, I'd head to the doctor; it sounds uncomfortable, and you'd want to try to get some relief.
