Hi Chukie - If you mean Provera, no, you need a prescription. Which brings up another issue — please, you shouldn't be taking medicaitons like this without a doctor's advice and supervision. If you have an issue serious enough to require prescription medication, then you do need to consult a doctor - really. Good luck - PJH
Hi there,
Did you mean Provera (I have never heard of Plovera)? I don't think that this drug is ever available over the counter. More importantly, I would never take any drug to treat cancer without consulting a doctor. Different cancers are treated differently, depending on a whole host of factors. I urge you to consult a doctor before beginning any treatment regimen.
My naturopathic doctor even consulted with my oncologist before prescribing vitamins, which is one of the reasons that I trust her.
Take good care (and good luck)-
Laurie
