Becca, I suspect these two conditions aren't related. Neither of them sounds like a typical cancer symptom; please read our post on armpit lumps, and our post on nipple discharge. Nevertheless, the armpit lump should be examined and diagnosed by a doctor, since it's started to grow. You might have an infection; and there's a small chance it's cancer, so you need to get it checked. Discharge from both nipples usually signals a hormonal imbalance of some kind; and you might as well get that checked, too.
So, should you worry? Well, don't panic; but do be concerned enough to see a doctor and find out what you're dealing with. Good luck - PJH
