Hi - Discharge from both nipples wouldn't generally be a breast cancer symptom; it sounds very hormonal. Please read our post on nipple discharge for good information on whether/when to see a doctor about this, OK? Good luck - PJH

Probably you should stop squeezing your nipples. Since you seem very worried, you might want to see a doctor for some reassurance that this is probably hormonal, and probably nothing to worry about, OK? Good luck - PJH
