Hi - Sounds like you need a thorough exam, from someone who can see your whole picture. Ask if your cancer center or hospital has something called a "survivorship clinic" or program; it's a program that deals with exactly what you're talking about, the long-term, lasting effects of cancer and treatment. Please read our post on survivorship, which explains some of what we deal with in the years and decades after cancer.
Yes, you do have a good life in front of you. I think you need some help dealing with how you feel, both physically, and emotionally. You might see if going off the Femara is an option; it tends to give you aches and pains. Ask the doctor how much it's lowering your risk of recurrence, and weigh that figure against how you feel while taking it.
Emotionally, ask the cancer folks, or the social service folks, about getting some counselling. Often it's just what we need to turn the corner and find a new outlook on life, despite the roadblocks cancer throws in our way.
And stay connected here. Try creating a SharePost (link on the upper right side of the home page). A burden shared is a burden lightened. If you put your story out there, there'll be others who've felt the same way and will connect with you.
Good luck with all of this - it's not easy, but you'll find the strength. PJH
