LUMP IN BREAST & SWOLLEN LYMPH NODES

Hard grape size lump in breast. Doctor said lymph nodes under armpit are swollen (on same side as lump). Had ultrasound haven't received results. But tech said "I don't see anything abnormal".

Sounds like you're midway through the diagnostic process here. If the ultrasound doesn't show what this lump is, you'll probably have a mammogram; possibly an MRI. Your doctor will keep working at this till s/he figures out what the lump in your breast is. The lymph nodes and lump aren't necessarily connected; you could have an infection that's  affected your lymph nodes. But any breast lump needs to have its cause identified, so you're doing the right thing. Be aware that the vast majority of breast lumps are NOT cancer, so the statistics are on your side.
