Hi - If the rash/itching are fairly recent - like, within the past month or so - then you should have them checked out by a doctor. Although it's unlikely, an itchy breast and rash can be a sign of a rare type of cancer, inflammatory breast cancer. Other than that, with the continued milk production, this does sound like a hormonal issue, as you say; have you spoken with your doctor about it? If not, you probably should; we're not qualified to give advice on issues beyond breast cancer. Good luck - PJH
