Oh my gosh, I spent 10 hours in Emergency yesterday where I had ECG's, blood work, chest xrays and was hooked up to a monitor for an hour.  I am getting hooked up to a harness heart monitor tomorrow for 24 hours to keep track of my heart rhythms.  The doctor thought everything looked okay last night - I was even able to make the vibrations happen while hooked up and there was no reaction onscreen.  (If I tuck my chin down, I can sometimes make the vibrations come!!)    I was starting to think that maybe the blood is rushing too quickly through the veins???   I was very thankful I googled that my left breast vibrates and found all these answers.  Too bad I did it after I got back from Emerg - I was super stressed out during the day!  Hopefully, we will be able to find out what the cause is....I am 49 and have been told that I am starting peri-menopause.  And my cell phone is only kept in my jeans pocket - no where near my breast area.
