I have a feeling that your surgeon won't be worried about this buzzing. Scar tissue can do strange things years after surgery. These vibrations seem to be some sort of mini-muscle spasm for most people, and thanks to the internet, we now know they aren't unusual. Do check in with the surgeon though. Usually doctors like to know about any changes.
