You should talk to your doctor about whether the vibration is a possible symptom of cancer. To prepare for this conversation, I just wanted to throw out there that if you have had a mastectomy, or breast surgery, the pains and odd feelings you may be getting could be what I was told were "phantom pains."   When I went through my first mastectomy, it took a long time before those cut nerve endings calmed down, and I would often tingle in my chest area, even though I had no breast.   I've also been told that at some point I could get some feeling back after all my surgeries.  One reconstruction surgery had my nerves tingling for weeks.   Just a thought because you hadn't said if you had underwent a breast surgery recently or in the past.   I don't know if I was able to help much, but I know the feeling - and I hope for your sake it's something as simple as nerve tingling and nothing major! Check in with your doctor, as only he or she can tell you for sure.
