7 years ago i have a removal of a breast tumor that resulted in a benign tumor. Now, I feel like I am having the same problem, but this time, my breast (the same one) is very tender to touch. Should I worry?

Hi - Benign tumors don't increase your breast cancer risk. And pain/tenderness usually isn't a sign of breast cancer. Nevertheless, any breast change needs to be seen by a doctor. You might have a cyst, a fibroid, or another tumor. So best to make an appointment and find out what's up, OK? Good luck - PJH
