Sorry but I am not a doctor, nor am I well versed in radiology equipment - so to be honest I don't know the difference or where it is offered.  I found very little info on the procedure as it is so relatively new.  I did find that Massachusetts General Hospital did a clinical trial. I would suggest contacting the many breast cancer organizations out there to see if one can help you find the procedure in your area and get you the info you need.  American Cancer Society visit site or call 1-800-ACS-2345  National Cancer Institute visit site or call 1-800-4-CANCER Susan G. Komen for the Cure visit site or call 800-IM-AWARE (800-462-9273). Y-Me National Breast Cancer OrganizationTM visit site or call 1-800-221-2141 The American Breast Cancer Foundation's visit site or call 877-Key-2-Life (877-539-2543).   I know you're outside the US, but still they might offer some help as to where to turn for info or where to find the 3D mammogram.  Sorry I couldn't be of better assistance!   Angi
