Hi Sharon,   I had Micro calcification. I was in the 15% that it  was DCIS Ductal Carcinoma In situ.   They will do a biopsy first to see if you have cancer. There are several treatments that are available.  If you are not in the 15 % congrats. They will probably continue to watch for you.   Best thing I ever did was contact a Breast Surgeon. This person will monitor your breast going forward. They are not a General surgeon. They are someone that does nothing but monitor breast.
