HELP!!!Just found a lump almost like a largepeanut,After waxing, sensitiveto touch & hurts!!

Age 19. Five days ago waxed my underarm, the next day there was a pimple , burst it, and there was puss and no in grown hair.... after that, my underarm has been swollen and there's a lump the size of a peanut,and it's hard. IS this cancer... or this this an infection! Please HELP!
