Hi - Please read our post on armpit lumps for information on what might be causing this. Also, you may be experiencing fibrocystic change; rather than a single lump, your breast might just feel generally lumpy, which sounds like what you're describing. At any rate, you should probably have this looked at by a doctor; while the vast majority of breast and underarm lumps aren't cancer, it needs to be ruled out. Good luck - PJH
