Hi, Jessica - Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the British medical system. But if you could possibly access a breast specialist, that would be your best bet. Your generalized itching might be something a dermatologist could address, but not the engorged feeling, pain, and now, your slightly inverted nipple.   We're not doctors here, and I wouldn't dare to try to diagnose this; but you should definitely pursue it, and not with a dermatologist. Please mention to someone that you have an inverted nipple; that should get things moving a bit more quickly. Even though symptoms that go on for 7 months without worsening considerably don't sound like cancer, you do want to get this diagnosed and treated, whatever it is.
