Well, Jolie, considering it's coming from both breasts, it's almost certainly not breast cancer, which is usually confined to one breast. Also, nipple discharge can be caused by a number of things, and cancer is way, WAY down on the list. Read this Mayo Clinic report on nipple discharge; it'll give you a good base of information for when you ask your doctor about this. Good luck - PJH
