Just Diagnosed with Cancer? Chat with Experts

Monday, December 29, 2008 KrissBrock asks

Q: Why doesn't this site have more on breast cancer in MEN so people that don't know can find it easier

When is this site going to have a sentence "MEN GET BREAST CANCER, TOO" so people that don't know men get breast cancer can click on it to find out that more men are getting breast cancer and dieing from it?  Please make it a priority in 2009 to get the word out better about men that get breast cancer. NO man should feel ashamed to think he has a "woman's disease."

Kriss, I understand your situation, and know you're on a quest to get the word out - understandably. Still, the VAST majority of breast cancer occurs in women; so naturally, that's what we concentrate on here. Perhaps you'd like to write some shareposts and put them up here, to spread the word? Sounds like that would be your best bet—that way when people search, they'd find your posts. Go for it- PJH
