Q: 37 yr pt with multicentric invasive duct carcinoma grade2.metastatic deposits in 4/20 nodes er,pr+ve

37 yrs old pt having multicentric grade 2 infiltrating duct carcinoma associated with 70% mucoid activity.unremarkable in situ component. free nipple & resection margins. axillary lymph node deposits in 4/20 nodes. stage t3n2m0.+ve family history (aunt).er , pr +ve . her 2 neu -ve. what chemotherapy regimen should she follow?

Hi - Thanks for connecitng here, but we're not doctors, simply survivors. The chemo she should have is completely up to her oncologist, who will interpret the pathology report and make a decision.
