Hi - Sounds like your sister probably has the most common type of breast cancer, IDC; please read our FAQS on this diagnosis for lots of good information. Grade 2 means it's an "average" cancer, as far as how aggressive it is. She's also been diagnosed with DCIS, which many doctors consider a "pre-cancer." The "stroma" part has to do with the manner in which the cancer is growing.
While she doesn't yet have her pathology report (I assume), our Guide to Understanding your Pathology Report will be a useful document for her going forward, as she tries to understand lots of the medical terminology around her diagnosis.
