It's hard to say exactly where breast tissue ends and regular tissue begins. So it's possible that lump could be considered to be in your breast, I'd guess. It might be a swollen lymph node, or some other temporary issue; if it doesn't disappear in a couple of weeks, though, I'd have it looked at by a doctor to find out what it is, OK? Good luck - PJH
