Hi Atayshia: Inverted nipples can be a sign of cancer... or not. And your nipples becoming "bumpy" when it's cold is perfectly natural. Freckles on your breast, that have always been there, or been there for a long time? Not a sign of cancer. And if both nipples are inverted, almost certainly not a sign of cancer. And, you sound like you might be fairly young - 90% of breast cancer is diagnosed in women over 40. So all in all, your risk is tiny. But if it's just one nipple that's inverted, and it's happend fairly recently, then it's something you should get checked out by a doctor just to make sure, OK? Good luck - PJH
