Is it a sign of breast cancer if your breast nipples are inverted and that there are freckles on it?

Um... its not itchy or anything ... no rashes ... its not red ... but it does get bummpy but thats only when I get cold. And My nipples are inverted but there are freckles on the bottom of my breast ... my mom said that it could be a sign but I'm sure ... So is it a sign? Do I really have it ?...
