Hi Faith - You might have some latent nerve issues, some scar tissue that's just now developed... Best to ask the surgeon who did your augmentation about it. This doesn't sound like breast cancer symptoms; pain isn't usually connected with early breast cancer. But either way—GP, or surgeon—best to get it checked, OK? Good luck - PJH
