Llili, since you have had the breast and nipple pain for over two years off and on, this is probably not a breast cancer symptom. Hormonal changes are one cause of breast pain and during pregnancy, your body is experiencing lots of hormonal changes. However, it is on just one side, so there may be some other underlying problem besides hormones. Be sure to discuss this with a doctor at your next prenatal appointment. If you feel your OB-GYN isn't taking your concerns seriously enough, ask for a referral to a breast specialist.
