Hi - Sounds like you have a number of things going on here. First, nipple discharge can be form a number of causes, rarely breast cancer. Read this article on nipple discharge from the Mayo Clinic for more info. An itching breast can also be from a number of causes. It could be an allergy, a nerve thing, something related to yourperiod/hormones... Unless your breast also becomes red, swollen, or hot; or seems infected; or the itching worsens a lot, it wouldn't be a sign of breast cancer. Breast cancr can strike women of all ages, but is incredibly rare at your age; the vast majority of women with breast cancer are over 40, and even then, the vast majority of them are over 50. The median age for getting breast cancer is, I believe, 61. So you really don't have much to fear. Nonetheless, why not make an appointment to see if you can get to the bottom of all of these issues? That's my advice - PJH
