Hi - Femara wouldn't cause bone cancer; it's an aromatase inhibitor that actually prevents cancer from growing. Perhaps the cancer has spread to her liver; or perhaps it's another problem entirely. Whatever the issue, I hope she's having it checked out by a doctor. There's no sense being in pain and wondering what it might be; best to just go get it checked, OK? Good luck - PJH
