In the middle of January I found a small red spot about the size of a milimeter on the top of my breast, it does not itch or hurt but after a week or so it rose slightly. The other day I noticed I now have a new one on the same breast. But has not risen yet. Other things that I don't know if it could mean anything or not but I have headaches, dizzeness, and I had a baby in December so could it be hormones? Or Stress because I have had some of that too?

Hi - Gosh, there's no telling what these spots could be. It seems if it was going to be something serious, it would have developed or become much more noticeable by now. I'd ask your doctor about it next time you go in - are you still going for post-partum checkups? If your breast starts to get a lot more spots; or if it feels infected (red, hot, swollen, itchy, sore, etc.), then best to get it checked out, OK? Good luck with the new baby! It's a stressful experience, but also one that's filled with love. PJH
