Hi Hillery - You definitely have a strong family history of breast cancer (though your sister's skin cancer wouldn't raise your risk of breast cancer, so don't worry about that). So you're going to want to be very vigilant about changes in your breasts. This doesn't sound like a breast cancer symptom; but just to be safe, I'd see a doctor about it. And in the meantime, please stop squeezing those pimples. If they're open and oozing, apply some antibiotic cream and a light bandage, for protection. And see the doctor. Good luck - PJH
