Hi Christina - Do you mean you have a lump in your breast? If so, you should get it looked at. In general, breast cancer isn't painful; a painful lump in your breast would probably be something else. Considering the augmentations, it could be nerve damage, scar tissue, or a number of other things. But best to get it looked at; no sense being in pain if there's something they can do to treat it.
