I have small bumps within nipple, is this dangerous?

I am only 18 but within the pink circle I have little risen bumps, rather like spots. about 3 on each. for quite a while. is this dangerous?

Tanglefree, none of us is a doctor and we can't diagnose. But obviously you're concerned. Why not put your fears to rest by making an appointment? Maybe you could just go ahead and get a physical at the same time; I know many young people don't bother to have annual physicals, but they're always useful. Go ahead - kill two birds with one stone, and call for an appointment. Best wishes to you - PJH
