Can AC chemotherapy treatments have side affects that involve vaginal growths or tumors?

FaithC

After my 3rd or 4th AC treatment, I noticed that my urine was spraying when I urinated.  At first I thought it was just another side affect, but when it continued, I found that  there seemed to be a growth or enlargement of the front of my vaginal wall just inside the opening.  I had an exam and a negative Pap test when my cancer was diagnosed.  Could this be a possible side affect that will go away?

Faith, this is a side effect I've never heard of. Not to say we all don't have our very own personal experiences with chemo side effects - but I think it's something you should get checked out. Best to ask your oncologist or oncology nurse next time you go in for an infusion, or before, if the next one isn't for a few weeks. Good luck - PJH
